We make luxury ice cream using our own creamy milk and fresh farm eggs, which create lovely flavours such as Madagascan vanilla, banana and baileys, espresso coffee and Scottish cranachan. We also make fresh fruit sorbets, we source our fruit as locally as possible. We aim to keep our flavours seasonal for example, delicious rhubarb and ginger for Spring. Strawberry, gooseberry and Rasperry for Summer. Fresh apple, plum and blackcurrant in Autumn. Other flavours include kiwi, lemon, rose champagne or anything you like really! The whole idea of Farmhouse Ice Cream is that it should be made from the finest farm ingredients and sold locally.
