Our luxury ice cream is made at Over Langshaw Farm in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Thanks to our lovely cows and cheerful chooks- we are able to use our own farm fresh milk, cream and eggs. Making our ice cream uniquely creamy, smooth and extra delicious.
We have a huge range of flavours including refreshing sorbets and lots of boozy ones for you to try!
We aim to use seasonal produce and our flavours are often inspired by the fruits and berries growing around us. We use only natural flavouring and nothing artificial.
Our ice cream is made sustainably using wind power from 'Winifred' our turbine at the top of the hill.

LEADER ICE CREAM GROWTH PROJECT:
In 2017, we received a match funded grant from LEADER, to help grow and develop our bespoke ice cream business. It was a tremendous help, it allowed us to upgrade to a 20L ice cream machine, doubling production. We built an extension on our existing ice cream parlour at Over Langshaw farm. The extra storage space, including another walk freezer, has been amazing to help us prepare for the busy months. It has also allowed us to attend more events with a 2nd traditional ice cream bike with helpful marketing and advertising materials.
